【XM外汇】：瑞士央行降息25基点，瑞士进入零利率时代

XM：瑞士央行降息25基点，瑞士进入零利率时代

XM汇评：瑞士央行公布6月利率决议结果，降息25基点，基准利率从0.25%降至0.00%，瑞士正式进入零利率时代。2024年3月份以来，瑞士央行已经降息6次，累计幅度175基点，在全球主要发达经济体之中属于降息激进派。

政策声明中提到：通胀压力有所下降，通货膨胀率进一步下降；未来几个季度的全球经济前景恶化，在欧洲，通胀压力有望进一步下降；瑞士的经济前景仍然不确定，国外的发展仍然是主要风险。综合来看，瑞士央行降息的理由，除了国内通胀疲软外，还包括对全球经济发展的悲观预期。

将瑞士过去五年的核心通胀率和名义通胀率进行叠加，可以发现，自2023年2月份以来，瑞士物价水平一直处于下降状态。尤其是名义通胀率，今年4月份跌至零，五月份跌至负值，意味着瑞士已经进入通货紧缩状态。如果瑞士央行的零利率政策无法扭转通胀持续下降的趋势，未来有可能开启负利率时代。

分类目看，瑞士通胀率下降的主要影响因素是运输价格大幅下降，比如4月份运输价格降幅为-2.6%，5月份跌幅扩大至-3.7%。食品、饮料和医疗保健的跌幅虽然小于运输价格，但都处于下降状态。价格上升的品类主要集中在住房、能源、餐饮和酒店业，幅度在1.1~1.3%之间。

瑞士以外的风险不可控，瑞士央行只能通过降息驱动瑞郎贬值以变相提高进口商品价格。美国总统特朗普在今年4月份对瑞士加征了31%的关税，这一水平远高于欧盟的20%和英国的10%。瑞士有17%的货物销往美国，一旦关税政策落地，瑞士的出口产业将遭受严重打击，宏观经济将受到拖累。

走势结构角度看，日线级别，USDCHF处于中期空头趋势，最新波段为下跌。最新下跌波段的低点0.8055已经逼近前一轮上涨波段的低点0.8036，两者连线后可以形成双底支撑区域。6月13日以来，USDCHF连续收出阳K线，双底支撑的结构开始发挥作用。上方阻力位关注前一轮上涨波段的最高点0.8475点。
